Billing Questions

We offer three service structures, depending on how you prefer to use the service:

• Pay-As-You-Go — no included minutes; you are billed only for what you use
• Bundled Plans — include a set number of minutes each month
• Custom Plans — larger or tailored setups with included usage based on your needs


Every plan is built around the same principle: you control how the service is used, and billing follows that structure.


Your monthly membership covers the setup and ongoing management of your account, including your call handling instructions, scheduling, and system configuration.


Billing works as follows:
• At the start of each service period, your monthly membership (and any included usage) is billed
• At the end of the service period, any additional usage beyond what is included is billed as overage


This keeps billing consistent and predictable:

• You know your base cost upfront
• Additional charges only occur if you exceed your included usage
• Everything directly reflects how your service is configured and used


You’re billed at the beginning of your service period based on the plan you choose (pay-as-you-go, bundled, or custom).


At the end of the same service period, usage is billed based on the time required to support your account, after that usage has occurred. If your plan includes usage, that usage is applied first, and only any additional time is billed.


This means:

• You’re billed upfront for your plan
• Included usage (if part of your plan) is applied first
• Only additional usage beyond that is billed after the service period


We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as ACH and wire transfers.


Billing is typically handled automatically each service period. If automatic payment is not set up, a secure payment link is included with your invoice.


Checks may be accepted by prior arrangement.


If a payment doesn’t go through, we’ll let you know through your usual communication channels and send an invoice with a secure payment link.


You can also log in to the billing portal to update your payment method, make a payment, or view past invoices.


Your monthly cost depends on how your service is used, so it can vary based on call volume, availability, or seasonal changes.


Billing is fully transparent and based on actual usage, so you’ll always know exactly what you’re being charged for. We bill in exact increments, so if a call lasts 32 seconds, you’re billed for 32 seconds—not rounded up.


There are no hidden fees.


Yes. Your service is fully customizable based on your preferences and instructions.


You control when calls are answered, how they’re handled, and what gets escalated—allowing you to limit usage to exactly what you need.


Call screening is a key part of that control. If you choose, routine messages can be directed to a complimentary voicemail, or callers can be guided to contact your office during business hours instead of leaving a message.


There are many flexible ways to structure your call handling so it works exactly the way you want.



Yes. Call handling is defined in advance through your custom call handling setup, where your instructions determine exactly how calls should be handled.


If changes are needed, those instructions can be updated at any time by an authorized account manager. Once updated, they are applied consistently to every call going forward.

Changes take effect at the start of your next service period.


Updates can be requested by your authorized account manager, and we’ll take care of the rest. In some cases, we may confirm details in writing to ensure everything is set up exactly as intended.
